My Care FamilySM offers complete care and coverage through MassHealth by Greater Lawrence Family Health CenterLawrence General Hospital, and Mass General Brigahm Health Plan.

With My Care Family, your primary care provider cares for you and connects you with all the services you need, close to home. It includes all your MassHealth benefits, including primary care, specialty care, urgent care, emergency care, inpatient hospital care, and pharmacy.

Important information about My Care Family

My Care Family will end on March 31, 2023. You will receive a letter from MassHealth very soon about your options. MassHealth will assign you to a new health plan. If you are happy with that new health plan, you do not need to do anything. Even though your health plan will change on April 1, 2023, your MassHealth benefits will stay the same. Check back soon to learn more about the new Mass General Brigham ACO plan that will be available starting April 1, 2023. To learn more about your health plan options, please read about them in the Enrollment Guide online at MassHealth Choices.
